Yes! I am your own personal bath genie. Tell me your wishes and I’ll concoct an aromatherapy bath potion designed to suit your unique needs. All blends have skin moisturising properties and are made from only natural ingredients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Aromatherapy oils, which are the hormones of plants, trees, fruits, herbs and flowers are far more than just gorgeous smells. They are often likened to the soul or life force of the plant and have a wide range of therapeutic properties, which are good for both body and soul. They can act as anti-depressants, pain relievers, immune system boosters, circulation stimulants, stressbusters, relaxants, sleep enhancers and on the list goes.

As we’re all different people with different needs, your bath blend will be unique to you! To make sure that I get it just right, you’ll first fill in a detailed questionnaire and then we’ll arrange for a short telephone consultation.

SO, BATH GENIE, WHAT CAN I ASK FOR?

Anything that will enhance your emotional or physical wellbeing.

A bride-to-be may want a blend that turns up her libido and turns down pre-wedding jitters. A revising student may want a blend that boosts mental focus and reduces anxiety. An athlete in training may want something that will ease over-exerted muscles. As the expression goes, “your wish is my command”.

THE MAGIC OF THE BATHTUB

The bath is the best place to absorb these wonderful oils as they enter the body both through the pores in the skin and also via the lungs as you inhale the aromatic vapours.

I recommend putting up a do-not-disturb sign and soaking for at least 15 minutes, to give the oils time to get properly into the system. For busy people, this is a great way to create an island of downtime. Hot water is a therapeutic agent and helps relieve aching joints and stiff, tired muscles.

Before you turn on the taps and step in, there are a few easy-peezy steps to complete:

  1. Go to the ordering page
  2. Download the questionnaire and mail it to me with your cheque and order form
  3. Call in for a short tele-consultation with me at the time we’ve pre-arranged
  4. Wait for your mail order bath blend to arrive, along with a print-out explaining the benefits of all the oils in your potion.
  5. Follow the instructions that come with the bottle (it’s very important to refrigerate the blend and shake before use)
  6. Turn on bath taps full force!
