  • WHO IS COACHING SUITABLE FOR?

    Coaching is suitable for adults in good mental health who are excited about the coaching process and are committed to making positive changes and going for their goals. Motivation is a key factor as you’ll be assigning yourself actions to perform between sessions as part of the coaching process.

  • COACHING, COUNSELLING, CONSULTING - WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

    Coaching is not therapy. It does not deal with the past or emotional problems. Coaching is not advice giving – it is about empowering you to find your own answers and solutions. I will be honest with you if I feel that you need to work with a different kind of helping professional.

  • WHERE AND WHEN DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

    Many clients like the flexibility of telephone coaching as it transcends geographical boundaries and travel time. For those who prefer face-to-face coaching, I do afternoon and some early evening sessions in Kensington (London). I coach Mon-Fri.

  • HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU RECOMMEND HAVING APPOINTMENTS?

    I recommend weekly appointments when you first start going for change to keep up the momentum and to reinforce new habits and ways of being.

  • HOW LONG DOES COACHING TYPICALLY LAST FOR?

    That depends from person to person and from goal to goal. Some goals are very short term in nature: eg being as prepared as possible for next week’s job interview, while others may have a different time frame – eg I want to be coached until I’ve finished writing my book. As the client, you will know when you’ve achieved what you’ve set out to achieve! As a coach, my goal is to create empowered and self-sufficient clients, so I’m delighted when clients no longer need me. The decision to end coaching or to have less frequent sessions once you are on target comes from you.

  • HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS, HOW DO I PAY YOU AND WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

    Your initial appointment is for an hour. You can then choose either 30 or 60-minute sessions for your weekly folIow-up appointments. Please contact me for current information on rates, terms and conditions. All sessions are payable in advance by cheque in either UK sterling or US dollars.

  • I’M INTERESTED IN BEING A CLIENT, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

    Please download and complete the coaching intake form. Consider this form your first coaching assignment, as it will get you to take stock of your life! Once I’ve received the form, I’ll give you a call, so we can have a brief chat to go through the details. If we both like the sound of each other (and that’s very important in a coaching relationship!) we’ll get scheduled.
