Reiki

A still, subtle and balancing form of hands-on healing performed with the client lying down, fully clothed. The word reiki is Japanese and means “universal life force energy”. As one client said after the treatment: “It felt like my soul left my body”.

Full body massage

Using the power of touch, the nourishment of pure oils and a range of techniques, this hands-on therapy works on a physical and emotional level. Treating the whole body leads to a greater feeling of integration and oneness.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils – which are the hormones or “life force” of plants, trees, herbs, fruits and flowers – are mixed with skin nourishing oils and applied in a soothing massage. Apart from being evocatively fragrant, essential oils also work on the body’s systems via their medicinal properties.

Hot Stone Therapy

A slow and nurturing full-body massage performed with smooth river rocks. The penetrating heat from the rocks boosts circulation and melts areas of stiffness and tension.

Aqua-detox

Kickstart the detox process by balancing the body's electrical charge at a cellular level. City living, stress and poor diet all make our cells too positively charged which makes it harder for the body to offload toxins. This deliciously relaxing treatment involves soaking your feet in a warm foot bath for 30 minutes as an electrical current passes through.

PRICES AND TERMS

All bodywork treatments cost £60 per hour or part of. Thirty, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute appointments are available.

New clients need to book an additional 15 minutes in their first appointment for a consultation.

Aqua-detox treatments are £35 each. Buy a package of six and recieve your seventh session for free.

Sam requires 48 hours of notice for cancellations. Clients failing to cancel within this period will need to pay for their appointment in full.
